Left to right:  NFCA Public Affairs Director Joe Foley, Bosnian Deputy Foreign Minister Josip Brkić, NY Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, and NFCA President Steve Rukavina met on Capitol Hill in early April 2018.
Dear Croatian Friends and NFCA Supporters!
Kako ste? Hope everyone is well! Please review some of our NFCA highlights from the beginning of the year and we have listed several articles with links that may be of interest to you about a few very talented Croatian Americans.

It was a honor to submit testimony to the House Subcommittte on Foreign Affairs and for the Hearing on Bosnia and Herzgovina and I had an op-ed piece published on the same subject with the Foreign Policy blogs. The NFCA was glad to help host visiting BiH’s Deputy Foreign Minister Josip Brkic in April and were happy to arrange two congressional meetings for the very accomplished Bosnian Croat diplomat. The NFCA has been directly involved with three State Department meetings regarding BiH  and all during the first quarter of 2018.

Hope you will read the article all about the new incredibly well done documentary by film maker, Nikola Knez which fully reveals and documents so many shocking details and the ugly truth about Tito's partisans and the movie is entitled: Bleiburg: Tito’s License for Genocide.
It must be pointed out that Nikola Knez, President of iFilms LLC and Dr. Dorothy McClellan of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (who wrote the screenplay) won two major prizes at the 51st annual WorldFest International Film Festival in Houston April 28 for their documentary "Tito's License for Genocide." The film was selected from among more than 4,500 entries from 74 countries. The NFCA will raise funds this summer to ensure that this important film gets wide distribution.

Scroll down to get more details about the NFCA’s 25th Anniversary event in New York City, over the weekend of September 22-23 and also, information about the ACAP's Third Annual meeting in Northern CA for October 18-21st.

Lastly, please let me share with you all that this September 2018 will mark our 25th Anniversary of the NFCA and we will share many highlights with you from these years over the next four months. We ask for your continued guidance and support to keep the NFCA focused and productive as an advocate for the Croatian American community.
Thanks and all the best,
