The 40th National Conventions of the ASEES (AAASS) will be held at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown located at

Therefore, we have decided to hold the ACS annual meeting on Saturday, November 22, at 6:00 p.m. We will gather at the hotel registration desk and from there we will proceed to the closest available room in the hotel. Please invite your friends, guests, and anyone who is interested in Croatian studies. After the meeting, we will go to the Bellini Grill. Naučite hrvatski jezik i upoznajte zemlju svojih predaka

Filozofski fakulteti Sveučilišta u Zagrebu i Splitu organiziraju tečaj učenja hrvatskog jezika Croaticum/croatica u trajanju od dva semestra.

Zimski semestar počinje u listopadu, a ljetni u ožujku svake godine. Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova i europskih integracija preuzima obvezu plaćanja školarine za učenje jezika u trajanju od dva semestra za kandidate hrvatskog podrijetla s prebivalištem izvan Republike Hrvatske.

Prije početka nastave raspisuje se Javni poziv za dodjelu naknade za učenje hrvatskog jezika koji se objavljuje putem diplomatskih misija i konzularnih ureda RH, te putem web stranice Ministarstva vanjskih poslova i europskih integracija.

Kandidati se prijavljuju za tečaj Odjelu za hrvatsko useljeništvo te su dužni dostaviti slijedeću dokumentaciju na hrvatskom jeziku:

Aprenda el idioma croata y conozca el pais de sus antepasados (ancestro)

Las Facultades de Filosofia de la Universidad de Zagreb y Split, organizan un curso de duracion`de dos semestres para estudiar el idioma croata: Croaticum /croatica.

Cada año el semnestre de invierno comienza en el mes de octubre y el de verano en el mes de marzo,

El Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores e Integraciòn Europea, se hace cargo del pago del estudio del idioma croata durante el periodo de dos semestres para aquellos candidatos de origen croata que viven en el exterior.

Para la entrega de subsidios para estudiar el idioma croata se harà un llamado publico antes del comienzo de las clases. El llamado se publicará a traves de las misiones diplomáticas y de las oficinas consulares de la República de Croacia, asi como tambien a travès de la pagina webdel Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores e Integraciòn Europea.

Para inscribirse en el curso, los candidatos deben dirigirse al Departamento de Inmigraciòn de Croacia, enviando la siguiente documentación en el idioma croata.:

La virgen patrona de Croacia será entronizada en Comodoro Rivadavia

La virgen patrona de Croacia será entronizada en Comodoro Rivadavia

La entronación de la virgen María Bistrica se realizará 22 de noviembre en la parroquia Nuestra Señora de Luján. Fue confirmada para esta ceremonia la presencia del sacerdote Jozo Peranic, guía espiritual de la comunidad croata en la Argentina.

La imagen de María Bistrica, la virgen morena que será entronizada en Comodoro Rivadavia el 22 de noviembre.

El 22 de noviembre la Colectividad Croata junto a la Diócesis de Comodoro Rivadavia entronarán la imagen de la virgen María Bistrica, patrona de Croacia. Será en la parroquia Nuestra Señora de Luján.

Para esta ceremonia ya fue confirmada la presencia del sacerdote católico Jozo Peranic, guía espiritual de la comunidad croata en la República Argentina.

La llegada de la imagen de la Virgen María Bistrica, se comenzó a gestionar en noviembre del año pasado, como iniciativa de la colectividad croata de contar en Comodoro Rivadavia con la imagen de la su patrona para la veneración.

Las gestiones se realizaron por medio de la Diócesis de Comodoro Rivadavia que tomó contacto en forma directa con el arzobispado de Zagreb, capital de Croacia.

Las damas de la comunidad croata en Comodoro Rivadavia tomaron contacto con el sacerdote Wilson Arango, a cargo de la parroquia Nuestra Señora de Luján, quien recibió la propuesta de la colectividad con muy buena predisposición para que sea entronizada en ese templo.

La imagen fue donada por el santuario de María Bistrica, de Zagreb y enviada por barco vía marítima a la Argentina a principios de este año. Mide aproximadamente 1,20 metros de altura y lleva estampada a sus pies una placa en donde figura el agradecimiento y bendición para toda la colectividad croata residente en Comodoro Rivadavia.

La comunidad croata realizó una feria de platos en el “Hrvatski Dom” con el objeto de solventar los gastos de embarque, impuestos y almacenamiento de la imagen en Buenos Aires, por lo que su comisión agradece a todas aquellas personas que colaboraron en la realización de ese acto de fe.

Cuando en 1545 los musulmanes se aproximaron a una capilla en la Colina del Vino (Vinski Vrh), el pueblo de la región se refugió en la cercana ciudad de Bistrica, llevando consigo la pequeña imagen de la Virgen Santísima. Luego, temiendo las invasiones, los párrocos la escondieron en la iglesia de Bistrica para que los musulmanes no se apoderaran de ella.

Con el correr del tiempo le fueron atribuidos una serie de milagros a esa virgen y en 1756, el gobierno de Croacia mandó erigir el altar mayor del templo religioso, que de esa forma pasó a ser considerado el santuario-símbolo de la nación.

A partir de aquella época los musulmanes fueron finalmente expulsados de la región, luego de casi 400 años de intentos por apoderarse de ese valeroso baluarte. Por esa razón, la historia de la imagen constituye un símbolo para los católicos croatas.

“Conscientes que de que formamos parte de una numerosa colectividad invitamos a los croatas y descendientes de Chubut, como así también de Santa Cruz y a todos los feligreses católicos que deseen acompañarnos, a participar de la fiesta de entronación de la imagen de María Bistrica”, expresaron dirigentes de la Colectividad Croata.
